All MARA colleges across the country will start using the Dual-Certification system combining SPM and IGCSE, soon.
MARA chairman, Tan Sri Annuar Musa not only announced a policy change in the famous MARA loans and scholarships but also revealed fast-track system.
"Those with brilliant achievements via IGCSE will be eligible for a 'fast track' to A Levels after Form 4, to selected universities. These students can earn a degree as young as 20 or 21 years instead of 23 years using the normal system," he said.
Annuar also said, college students need to master at least three languages, namely Bahasa Melayu, English as well as another additional language.
"Roadmap of this transformation implementation will be rigorous and involves the input of experts and educators," he said.
