Yayasan Terengganu gives RM20 milion for uni students' admission

Yayasan Terengganu (YT) allocated RM20 million to help new students to enroll in public and private universities this year.

According to the Director of Yayasan Terengganu, Mohamad Sulong, students who wish to apply for thisfinancial aid canapply online. The financial aid will be distributed by cash through programs held at each Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN).

Sulong said, students who are offered to continue their studies at certificate and matriculation level will receive RM500, RM750 for diploma level and RM1,000 for degree, masters and PhD level.

"The approval process of the application for certificate and matriculation students have already completed while the distribution will be made later this month," he continued.
