About Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka is a public university located at Durian Tunggal, Melaka. As a Focus University, UTeM excels in technical fields such as Engineering, Information Technology and Management Technology. UTeM garnered a reputation of producing high quality engineering graduates which consists of local and international students. This includes students from Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Chad, Syria, Pakistan, Cameroon, Bangladesh, Tanzania, India, Somalia, Singapore, Qatar, Palestine, Libya, Iraq, Iran, Ghana, France, Yemen, Nigeria and Jordan. Programmes There are three campuses that form UTeM, the main campus which is located at Durian Tunggal, the City Campus located in the heart of Melaka and the Industrial Campus which is located not too far from the main campus. UTeM has 6 faculties focusing on Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Technology Management and Techpreneurship as well as Engineering Technology.
