Interior Design

<p>The Diploma in Interior Design programme teaches students the skills to design interior spaces that can be functional and at the same time bring out the aesthetic values of that space. With computer-aided 3D modelling in the studio, students will also learn how to keep up with interior design trends, use digital and manual means to conduct research, and recommend design alterations and renovations that give buildings a new lease of life.</p>

<p>You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for entry to the UNITAR Diploma Programme&nbsp;:</p><ul><li>A pass in SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject, or its equivalent; OR</li><li>A pass in UEC with minimum 3Bs; OR</li><li>A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent; OR</li><li>A pass in STPM with a minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in any subjects, or its equivalent; OR</li><li>A pass in STAM with a minimum grade of maqbul</li><li>Pass Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) (Level 3 MQF) in a related field (Note: UNITAR are to conduct screening and provide necessary guidance specific to the discipline of the programme) OR​</li><li>Equivalent qualification and / or experience which is recognized by Malaysian Government.</li><li>&ldquo;Entry requirements into the Diploma&rsquo;s program (level 4, MQF) through APEL A. Applicants must be/have:<br />1. A Malaysian citizen; and<br />2. The candidate should be more than 20 years of age in the year of application<br />3. Relevant work experience / prior experiential learning; and<br />4. Pass the APEL Assessment&rdquo;</li></ul><p>AND</p><ul><li>Pass an interview OR submission of student&rsquo;s portfolio determined by the HEP as required.</li></ul>
