Aircraft Maintenance

<p>Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology (UniKL MIAT), in partnership with AERO-Bildungs GmbH of Germany, is recognised by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) as an approved centre in Malaysia for Aviation Maintenance Training Organization (MTO). UniKL MIAT will offer EASA Part 66 &ndash; Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License program.</p>
<p>Successful candidates will be awarded the &ldquo;Certificate of Recognition&rdquo; which is recognised as having passed the written examination for EASA License (Category B). This program will be conducted by highly skilled instructors who have been trained in Germany and certified as instructors for the EASA program.</p>

<ul><li>Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent with Grade C in English, Mathematics, Science or any science subject (minimum grade C); OR</li><li>Pass Diploma [Level 4, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)] or Bachelor (Level 6, MQF) in technical/engineering from higher education provider recognized by the Malaysian Government with at least a CGPA of 2.00; OR</li><li>Pass Technical Professional Certificate in a related field with one year of work experience in the field of aviation and pass SPM with at least one credit in any subject; OR</li><li>Pass O-Level with at least Grade C in Mathematics, English and Science; OR</li><li>Passed in the International Baccalaureate (/8) with a minimum of 24 points; OR</li><li>Pass A-Level with at least Grade C in Mathematics English and Science; OR</li><li>Other qualifications equivalent to SPM with at least one credit in any subject that recognized by the Malaysian Government.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Mandatory:</strong><br />Passed a health examination by a government recognized doctor (FREE from colour blindness, asthma, and physical disability &ndash; Refer to Chapter 6: International Civil Aviation Organization).</em></p>
